Shipping costs

  • From 150,- € value of goods we deliver free of shipping costs (within Germany, bulky goods and category maxi/heavy excluded).
  • The shipping costs are calculated according to the weight and size of the shipment and the delivery address. For most items, the flat-rate shipping fee of €4.95 applies. This will be displayed during the payment process.
  • All other shipping costs can be found in the following table or will be displayed during the payment process.
  • If you receive a written offer for goods from us and the contract is concluded outside the online store, different shipping costs may be shown in the offer.
  • Some products can be shipped as bulky goods. The shipping costs incurred for this will be displayed in the shopping cart.
  • If the delivery is made to a non-EU country, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may have to be paid by the customer, but not to the seller, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. We recommend that you check the details with the customs or tax authorities before ordering.
  • Goods sent by parcel post are insured by us with the parcel service providers. This may not apply to small items sent by letter post.
  • If no other period is specified in the respective offer, delivery shall be made within 1-3 working days after conclusion of the contract. For deliveries abroad, delivery takes place within 4-7 days.
  • Delivery is by parcel service. If shipping by freight forwarder is cheaper, we will ship by freight forwarder instead and confirm the cheaper shipping costs to you before shipping.
  • We currently only offer express deliveries by arrangement (as of April 2023).
