Not satisfied? Ordered the wrong item? Please contact us and let us know why you would like to exchange or return an item. We always want to improve – your suggestions and opinions on our products are important to us. We will therefore do everything we can to find a solution that is satisfactory for all sides. We will be happy to send you a returns label by e-mail if required and by arrangement.
Item defective?
If one of our products arrives damaged, the statutory warranty regulations according to §§433 ff. BGB APPLY. Please contact our customer service by e-mail at hello@optimal-sailing.com with the order number and photos of the damaged goods and packaging. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Information on the right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
Refunding
The refund of the purchase amount will be made primarily in the payment method you have chosen for payment. Upon receipt of your return, you will receive a return receipt confirmation by email. The refund may take up to 10 working days.
